Custom Raised Letter Leather Helmet Front
Built to stand out and built tough. Our Custom Raised Letter Leather Helmet Fronts combine traditional leather craftsmanship with a heavy-duty, dimensional construction designed to give your helmet a bold, unmistakable look.
These aren’t thin, flimsy fronts. The layered leather construction and individually raised leather letters and numbers add thickness, rigidity, and structure, creating a front that feels solid in your hand and holds its shape. Each front is carefully assembled and stitched to produce a sturdy, durable finished product made for the demands of the fire service.
The raised lettering and numbers create depth that you simply don't get from a standard flat or painted front. Names, ranks, company designations, numbers, and other elements physically stand off the surface of the front, giving it that traditional, heavy-duty appearance.
Every front is custom made to order. You can customize the department/company, station or apparatus number, rank, name, colors, top and bottom rockers, center design, and other details.
When ordering, please add a detailed description of exactly what you would like. Include:
Department/company name, station or unit number, rank/title, and name
Top and bottom wording( If applicable)
Center number, letters, or design
Shield color
Raised lettering and number colors
Any specific layout or lettering style
Any other details you want incorporated
The more detail you provide, the better we can build your front exactly the way you envision it.
Each front is individually handcrafted from leather, so minor variations are part of what makes each piece unique. Photos shown are examples of previous custom builds and demonstrate different layouts, colors, and raised-letter configurations.
Handcrafted. Heavy-duty. Built to stand out. Built to last.
