HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We get this question quite a bit, and completely understandable. Our lead times obviously are reflected upon the volume of orders at the time. Generally we are at about a 4 week lead time for our products to be shipped. We try and keep this updated and make the customers well aware of any changes that may occur in that time.
SHIPPING
We ship all our items USPS for all our items shipped. We strive to constantly provide the very best cost we possibly can in everything from our goods all the way to shipping.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the nature of the items are fully customizable, all sales are final once purchased by the customer and began production. A 24 hour grace period will be allowed in the case a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong item, to many items, etc. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
